How we
build.

Connect new AI developments to the work your business needs done. Compare relevant options with your current process, test what matters, and make the operating responsibilities clear before adoption.

01

Start with the workflow.

Begin with a task you want to improve, the person responsible for it, and a clear definition of a useful result. Shortlist relevant models and tools, then compare promising options with your current method using representative inputs. The recommendation explains what is worth adopting, what needs a trial and what can wait, including integration and review effort.

One task. A clear owner. A measurable result.
02

Make data control explicit.

Customer-controlled inference can keep model processing on your own hardware. The full workflow also includes storage, connectors, logs, backups and remote access. We document those data flows and external dependencies, then agree which connections are permitted. Local hosting is a design choice; privacy and security depend on the complete system.

Know where the data goes and who can access it.
03

Keep the system maintainable.

Prefer inspectable components, portable data and documented interfaces. Check the licence and operating requirements of each model and tool before adoption: open weights do not automatically grant every commercial or redistribution right. The handover identifies what you own, how to operate it, and what replacing a component would involve.

Document the dependencies and the path to changing them.
04

Test permissions and failure cases.

Define what an agent may read, change or send, and enforce those permissions outside its instructions. Test the relevant failure cases, retain an audit trail, and include human review where the task requires it. A good answer in a demonstration does not establish that a workflow can recover safely from a bad input or a failed tool.

Test what happens when the workflow goes wrong.
05

Improve through measured changes.

Compare proposed models, tools and skills with the current workflow using its acceptance tests. Record quality, review effort, latency and operating cost, then adopt a change when the evidence supports it. Keep the previous working version available for recovery. The applied lab develops this practice; each customer deployment still needs its own evaluation.

A newer component earns its place through results.
