Contact / A useful starting point

Bring a task.
Let’s talk.

Start with a free discovery call of up to 45 minutes. Send a short description of one task and we will arrange a time by email.

You receive a short email recap of the task, our initial view of fit and the agreed next step. Research and collaboration enquiries are welcome too.

Three useful things to include

  • The task or idea you want to explore
  • How you handle it today
  • What a useful result would look like

You can suggest convenient call times and your time zone. Please leave customer records, sensitive documents and credentials out of your first message.

See it working

Bring a question.
See a worked example.

When relevant, the discovery call can include a prepared example built on invented data: the input, result, checks and limits. There is no separate demo call to complete first.

The example illustrates the process; it does not establish results for your business. Mention in your request if a walkthrough would help, and we will use the same call to discuss your task and next step.

After your first message

01 / Understand

Choose a useful next step

On the free call, discuss the current process, decision owner, constraints and desired result. The recap may point to an existing tool, paid comparison, scoped implementation or no further work.

02 / Agree

Agree any paid work

If a paid step is useful, confirm deliverables, exclusions, fee, credit terms and responsibilities in writing. Sending an email or attending the call does not book an engagement.

03 / Prepare

Confirm the start date

Arrange permitted examples, a person to judge results and required access. We confirm a start date once these are ready; the assessment week begins on that date.

What the free call covers

Understand the task.
Choose the next step.

Bring a description of the work. We discuss the decision, how you do and check the task today, where the data lives, who owns it, timing and what would make a change worthwhile.

Your takeaway

A short email recap of the task, our initial view of fit or questions still open, and the agreed next step. No obligation to buy.

Detailed feasibility testing and architecture are separately scoped. Where existing evidence is sufficient, we can prepare a build proposal directly. If a comparison is useful, the one-week AI workflow assessment is CAD 2,500 plus applicable tax.

What helps

A paragraph
is enough.

For an AI opportunity or business workflow, describe what you want to improve and the tools you already use. You can include a public project link you would like help evaluating. A short summary is enough; please leave sensitive records and credentials out of the first email.

For an open-source or research collaboration, share a public project link, a reproducible problem or the part you’d like to work on. Testing, documentation and integration work are welcome alongside code.

If you’re exploring a software or creative project, tell us who it is for and what a useful first version would do. We can start by comparing ideas and practical constraints.

Optional brief

A little more detail,
when you’re ready.

You don’t need a finished brief to get in touch. If you already have the details, use this optional template to share what is relevant.
